Protein Ball Recipes

 

    I am currently obsessed with protein balls. It’s the no cook part that is favorite.These protein ball recipes below are a huge hit in our house. My kids love them and they are a great snack idea for after your workout. I searched the internet to get the yummiest recipes I could find and share with you. Do you have a favorite recipe? Fudge Protein Ball

INGREDIENTS:
1.25 cups dates
1 cup dry roasted hazelnuts
3-4 tablespoons macadamia nut butter
3 heaped tablespoons cacao powder
1 teaspoon natural vanilla essence
2 tablespoons organic maple or brown rice syrup
cacao nibs for texture
Water as required (to make the mix moist and Fudgy)

 

Mint and Orange
protein ballINGREDIENTS:
2 cups almonds
2 cups cashews
16 medijool dates
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Juice and rind from 1 orange
1 tsp mint oil
1tsp cinnamon
1 tsp mesquite powder
Shredded coconut
Blitz altogether in food processor, roll into balls, roll in coconut and refrigerate

 

Caramel Cookie Dough

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cups of almond meal
1 1/2 scoops of raw vanilla protein powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
12 medjool dates (softened in hot water)
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
4 tablespoons of shredded coconut

 

Chocolate Peanut Butter

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1-1/2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1-1/2 cups rolled oats
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 Tbsp. flax seeds
1 tsp. vanilla extract


Almond Joy Protein Ball

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup almonds
1 cup plant-based protein powder
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 tbsp stevia extract
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
5 tbsp honey
1/2 cup coconut milk, light (canned)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes

2/3 cup cashews 
2/3 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup Vanilla protein powder
3 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons coconut butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup
