Approximately 10 percent of runners will have plantar fasciitis in their careers. They’ll join scores of other athletes and non-athletes with this painful and strange injury.

Luckily, there are a few things that you can do to help decrease your pain, from foot rollers, to compression socks, and most importantly, exercises. The one very important thing you need to remember though, is to do these exercises every day!
