Energy Ball Recipe
This yummy blueberry muffin energy ball recipe is the perfect alternative for a healthy snack. They are made with all-natural, healthy and raw ingredients and satisfy that sweet tooth. Here is what you need, but you could easily use a different type of nut. I would even put in a scoop of protein powder (vanilla flavor).
- 2 cups nuts
- 1 cup dates
- 1 cup dried blueberries
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract (or seeds of 1 vanilla bean)
- Zest of 1 lemon, juice of half a lemon
- ¼ tsp sea salt
