Do Burpees With The Proper Form
This exercise kicks my butt. I did T-25 from beachbody, and one of the gamma videos is almost purely burpees. Twenty five minutes of these really? Really…..and they were worth it. After a few weeks, I could almost do the full 25 minutes. You can too, but you need to make sure that your form is right, otherwise, you could injure yourself or not get the results you want.
